Pro-Mobility
Pro-mobility is the upward socio-economic movement of a group of people by way of financial, educational, and spiritual means. The foundation implements this ideal into its programs and teachings.

Education Pillar
The Education Pillar at the Jaylen D. Berry Foundation aims to empower motivated high school students by awarding scholarships, enabling them to leverage their education for positive societal change. Our commitment transcends socio-economic gaps, providing opportunities and support throughout their college experience.
Workforce Development Pillar
The Jaylen D. Berry Foundation is dedicated to providing students with professional experience and skills through the internship program. We address the needs of socioeconomically disadvantaged students by offering opportunities for development and networking opportunities.
Digital Pillar
The foundation focuses on exposing students to technology and its various business applications. As the technology gap widens, it becomes more crucial for students to possess up-to-date skills for high-level performance. Through workshops, students are able to learn different skills in technology and its professional applications.
